Jen Bellot, PhD, RN, MHSA, CNE is the Associate Dean of Academic Practice Integration at Jefferson College of Nursing, overseeing clinical education, joint clinical-academic initiatives and community outreach. Dr. Bellot thoroughly enjoys her work, focusing on integrating nursing into the greater community of advocacy, population health and vulnerable populations. Dr. Bellot has led the pilot of Clinical Faculty Preceptor Academy (CFPA) 101 curriculum at Jefferson College of Nursing.
