The PA Department of Health’s Office of Health Equity is launching the Pennsylvania Maternal Health Collaborative, a series of multidisciplinary, virtual convenings focused on improving maternal health outcomes for communities of color. The Collaborative will spotlight solutions already in motion across the state, foster partnerships among health systems, community organizations, and government agencies, and address health disparities rooted in social determinants of health and racism in medicine.
