At the Pennsylvania Nursing Workforce Coalition (PA-NWC), we believe diversity is essential to reducing healthcare disparities and fostering a more inclusive workforce. The Nurse Diversity Council (NDC) wants to ensure our events and activities reflect the needs and interests of our members.
As we plan for the future, we’d like to hear your ideas about the types of programs, workshops, and opportunities that would be most valuable to you. Whether or not you’ve participated in NDC activities before, your feedback is welcome and will help guide our priorities and strengthen the impact of the NDC.

The Nurse Diversity Council (NDC) is creating a Steering Committee to bring more structure and direction to our work and to be more intentional in planning activities and events that matter most to our members. The Steering Committee will serve as the planning group for the NDC by guiding the vision of our work, coordinating events and activities (e.g., quarterly workshops, Student Nurse Professional Development Day, etc.), setting annual goals and priorities, and evaluating outcomes to strengthen our impact.
This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role, collaborate with colleagues across Pennsylvania, and help shape the future of the NDC. You do not need prior involvement with the NDC to apply; we welcome all who are interested.
