The PA-NWC will be hosting the morning session at the Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders (PONL) 2026 Annual Nursing Leadership Conference! This interactive, in-person gathering invites nurse leaders to step into a bold conversation about the future of nursing in Pennsylvania. What do leaders truly need to thrive? What tools, insights, and partnerships would make the biggest difference in their daily work? Through facilitated discussions and collaborative sessions, participants will help shape the priorities of the state’s Nursing Workforce Center, ensuring its programs, data, and initiatives directly support the realities of frontline leadership. This conference centers one powerful question: How can we help you be better, stronger, and more supported as a nurse leader?
This session includes breakfast and discussions featuring nurse leaders from across the state on October 1 from 8:00 - 10:30 AM. PA-NWC Advisory Board stakeholders will engage in roundtable conversations focused on priorities in healthcare and how the PA-NWC can advance healthcare through nursing. This session will offer additional contact hours and is included in the registration for the PONL Annual Nursing Leadership Conference at no additional cost to you!
